No matter what part of the gymnastics one would watch (20-30 seconds is enough) the results are the same a state of deep relaxation, which is easy to prove.

The range of applications for the technique of an instant deep relaxation is unlimited.

Try to strain your facial muscles.

If you feel difficulty doing so as if your facial muscles were asleep that is an indication that you are in a state of a deep psychophysical relaxation. (see articlePlace, Role and Destiny of Yoga”)

Try to make a firm fist.

If you feel difficulty doing so as if your muscles were asleep that is an indication that you are in a state of a deep psychophysical relaxation.

Please note: tests of tensions have not destroyed deep calmness.


In 2004, Master HORA added the tests of instant relaxation to the videos of dynamic training. These tests allowed the mind and body to feel and to see correct natural relaxation.

 

Tension is an environment. Within it there is a stress program of the environment that involves everything that comes along with it. (See article “7...6…5… It Has Started”). Whatever can resist THIS tension and is hard to destroy is a force against a force a force of correct calmness against another force of incorrect tension. Meditation and Stress

There are many meditation techniques being practiced around the world today. To name a few, there are Eastern meditation techniques, Transcendental Meditation, self-hypnosis, Benson’s Relaxation Response, and Schultz’ Autogenic Training. All of these techniques intend to clear all thoughts, thus shifting attention towards the inner self. It is usually done in a still position (sitting, standing, or lying down) with the eyes closed.

These meditation techniques have proven effective at reducing stress and achieving mental health, and their value should not be underestimated. However, there are certain trade-offs or compromises associated with each one of them. For instance, in traditional Eastern meditation methods, one has to dedicate a significant amount of time practicing, usually more than typical modern life allows or is practical.

Our world has changed since most of these meditative techniques were introduced. Technological progress has increased the amount of daily activities and external pressure. Modern society demands high productivity and quick thinking. Even after work we continue to have obligations that compete with our free time. For instance doing homework, running errands, meeting project deadlines, having family time, and working out at the gym. Our busy lifestyles have even shortened our sleep time. The average person sleeps less than the recommended 7 to 8 hours per night. Most of us simply do not have the time required to reach an advanced meditative state using  traditional Eastern methods.

As mentioned above, there are many meditation techniques that undoubtedly have  benefits. The question is which one is the most efficient? The answer is quite simple. It all comes down to finding a way to efficiently “recharge your battery.” Is your current method sufficiently maintaining a permanent sense of well-being and a satisfactory energy level? If you have already found that way, then you probably would not be searching any longer. Otherwise, there are still options worth evaluating, and one of them is HORA.

Practice HORA is a highly efficient meditative method that is an answer to today’s challenging lifestyles. This technique does not require any previous training or any level of flexibility, nor does it involve extended periods of stillness. Yet, a meditative state is easily achieved during each Practice by Master HORA exercise.
