• Most adult U.S. smokers begin smoking before age 18, and the onset of daily smoking is uncommon after age 25.
• Over 40% of adult alcoholics experience alcoholism-related symptoms between ages 15 and 19, and 80% of all cases of alcoholism begin before age 30.
• The median reported age of initiation of illicit drug use in the beginning between ages 15 and 18 and rare initiation after age 20.

HORA TRACE FITNESS is a set of organized exercises, oriented at improving and changing the physical, intellectual and emotional stability of the participant. It deals with accumulated adrenaline and stress hormones in a never seen before way. It releases physical and emotional tension, by recharging and reinvigorating person, thus moving his thoughts away from, drugs, substances, smoking, vaping and etc. For young adults, HORA TRACE FITNESS can prevent the development of negative habits, anxiety, self-belittlement and dependence on substances/narcotics as a method of release. Moreover, it is fun, fast exercises, that bring like-minded individual with a focus to future. It is a movement for natural health and natural principles of evolutionary development of humankind.

Since 2011, HORA TRACE FITNESS and its predecessor HORA-TRACK have organlized 100’s of anti-substance and anti-narcotic training sessions and master classes (large and small) have been held across the world at university campuses or public spaces in Chicago, Moscow, St Petersburg, Astana, Almaty, Helsinki.
