Tatiana Atayan-Hora's interview in the magazine «Secret of Success” Jan. 27, 2013
Yevgenia Beliaeva, the Chief Editor of the magazine “Secret of Success”, interviewed Tatiana Fedotova, the Curator of Practice HORA and the leader of Trance-Track HORA.
I: First of all, I wanted to thank Master HORA, you, and everyone related to Practice HORA, for everything. If not for you, this long-awaited event would never have happened. This is really awesome that this thing finally happened, took place, came to fruition, and passed in a blink of an eye. May I give you a hug?
I: I’m also from St. Petersburg. I go to the Practice HORA classes regularly here in Chicago.
I have a question for you regarding Practice HORA:
I: How does Practice HORA give a person an opportunity to live without getting tired? I mean “Live” with a capital “L”, and live like this every day! Every time I leave the class, I have this incredible feeling that I just came back from a mini-vacation. How do these seemingly simple exercises, or any actions in HORA, create this unbelievable lightness in the body and in the mind?
T: You already know that workout load on the body at HORA is different from other systems. How? The main priority of the Practice is the ability to work with your potential. The workout load that normally falls on your heart is transferred onto the muscles. Thus, the muscles of the whole body receive the load of the heart. The blood flow changes, and the body becomes one big heart.
As a result, you don’t get tired. Your breathing load is different, and you continuously acquire a different type of endurance. In other words, when you are within exercises positioned into a different stability/anchoring, you begin to produce power breathing. This type of power breathing brings the whole body into the active state, which results in the type of endurance you’re asking about. You build this endurance through practicing regularly and perceive it as wonderful lightness of the body and mind.
I: So, the more you practice and work on yourself using HORA, the less you get tired in your everyday life?
T: Yes, this is the training of calmness within an action: we work without getting tense in class and get satisfaction from it ourselves; we take the results we got in class and apply them to our everyday activities, no matter what we do.
I: At one point in my life, I was very attracted to the term “dynamic meditation.” I have studied different systems such as Norbekov’s System and others. I understood meditation as peacefulness, being alone, avoiding activities. I see that in Practice HORA there is a different type of dynamic meditation. Could you clarify it for me, please?
What you participated in was active, evolutionary trance-meditative dance HORA (HORA-TRACK), which is, in essence, a meditation within trance. Trance without calmness is impossible. Bright Trance allows you to “grasp onto” plasticity, softness, and, at the same time, to become stronger. It is a different body culture, i.e. The different body culture is being developed for youth. This characteristics are: more lean, elongated muscles and ever-growing endurance. The endurance of this type is achieved when the energy travels through the muscles slowly and smoothly, which is precisely what happens. Everyone knows that men and women are different. Women’s muscles are more elongated, and the men’s are lumpy. In lumpy muscles, the energy is released quickly, and then it takes long for them to recover. That is why women are more resilient, and Practice HORA is built upon the woman’s type of muscles – the lean, elongated ones. The training benefits both men and women – both become strong, soft, and agile –the body and the mind alike.
I: Thank you so much! This really IS the Practice of the Future!
